For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or TripFactory to inform them of the delay
If you cannot be reached after the waiting full stop has ended, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
If canceled till 24 hours before activity day then no charges
If canceled within 24 hours of activity day then non-refundable
On no-show, there will no refund.
Due to timezone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is determined by the supplier in local time. Please allow 2-5 working days to process and confirm your cancellation request. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

How can I book an activity?
Find your preferred activity or tour, select the relevant package, date and quantity, click 'Book' and continue to the payment page. Let the experience begin!
After I make a booking, how long will I wait to receive my voucher?
Different activities have different confirmation times which are indicated in the activity details. Most activities are either instantly confirmed or confirmed within 24 hours.
What do I get after I book?
You will receive an Order Summary email, listing the activities you booked, as well as a separate email with your e-voucher attached.
I have booked an activity but I have not received a confirmation by email. What do I do?
Please first check your Spam folder then email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it possible for me to change or postpone the travel date once the booking is done?
Yes, it's possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you email us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour's terms and conditions.
Do you offer a selection of hotels or holiday packages?
Yes we do offer complete solution for holidays and packages as well, you can browse our website and submit your query or book online. We offer assistance to customize trips as well.
Which currencies does TripFactory accept?
We display activity prices in a number of currencies including USD, HKD, AUD, INR, SGD, AED, EUR, GBP and more which you can change using the currency drop down menu. However, we currently only accept transactions in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and INR. For all other currencies you will be charged in USD.
How can I pay?
You may choose to pay by credit/debit card, or PayPal.
Is my payment secure?
You can be safe in the knowledge that we're using third party secure payment gateways to process your payment. If you choose to 'save card information', your credit card and debit card details are tokenized and encrypted and stored securely with our payment gateways.
